Order Processing (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 1-5 days (Mon - Sat). Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days — we will notify you by email if your shipment is significantly delayed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer a flat standard shipping rate of $6.99. Orders over $80 qualify for free standard shipping, applied automatically at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and begin once your order has shipped, not from the order date. Total time to receive your order is the handling time plus the transit time.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. At this time we do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to track your package once it has been scanned by the carrier (please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update).
Damaged or Lost Packages
Lucys boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged order, please save all packaging materials and contact the carrier to file a claim, then reach out to us so we can help.
