30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned: final-sale or clearance items, gift cards, and any item marked as non-returnable on its product page. Items returned in worn, washed, or damaged condition may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Pack the item securely with its original tags and ship it back to us.
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days for the credit to appear.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the size or color you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. If you need help with sizing before reordering, contact us and we are happy to assist.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
